COLEMAN COPS OUT

American University basketball player Coleman "Coley" LeClair (Chicago, Ill./Brewster Academy) has decided to leave the men's basketball team, head coach Jeff Jones announced Tuesday.
Coleman, a 6-foot-9, 240-pound freshman, has returned home to Chicago, Ill. Coleman did not appear in any games for the Eagles this season.
"Coley just wanted to be closer to home," said Jones.
LeClair came to American from Brewster Academy, where he averaged 10.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game to go along with nearly two blocks a game. @ 10:58 AM

Coleman "Cops Out" is a completely unfair title. It suggests that he cowardly avoided doing something he was bound to, which he did not. In my opinion, he never COPPED out. Rather, American University and the hoops program there just weren't the right fit. That that for what it's worth.
