Excuse me, but this table is flawed. I do not see Victor Vaval on there with a whopping .083 steals per minute. Therefore, he is a superior point guard to Badmus.
You have to set the bar at some point, or guys who played 3 minutes all year but had one steal in those minutes would be at the top of the list.
Clif (one F) Colbert was a freshman guard for Navy who had 7 minutes a game and a shooting percentage that looks like Christian Guzman's batting average, hitting a whopping 3 of 21 shots. But he did have seven steals in limited action, putting him on the list.
